Salut @beneflp,

Tu as le live chat d’intercom, qui fait ça très bien sur mobile : [Live Chat | Intercom](https://www.intercom.io/fr/live-chat).

Par contre, par rapport au prix, c’est plutôt orienté B2B ou petit/moyen site B2C. Si c’est pour un gros site B2C, il y a surement d’autres solutions, tu peux regarder ici :
