Job description**
Within the team, working with the Team Leader, you will work in a multi-skilled Feature Team (Product / Developer / Designer) which has just one goal: to propose an ever more innovative, robust and end to end solution.
You will work with other product guys with whom you can exchange and build skills.
What you will do:
Monitor industry trends through market and competition analyzes
Collect and analyse of customer feedback in connection with the sales and product teams, and the drafting of associated strategic recommendations
Draft and propose an acquisition plan to improve product acquisition
Gather client feedback and quickly capture learnings to adapt the product and acquisition funnels
Identifying market opportunities and contributing to the product vision and business strategy.
Help in the preparation of communication plans related to the launch of new features or training
Monitoring the results (KPI) of changes made to the product and the satisfaction of our customers
Who are we looking for?
We are looking for a passionate and determined profile, able to learn by oneself and also to collaborate, contributing to our team.
Someone driven by performance and optimisation and able to demonstrate a great autonomy, while integrating perfectly in team work. Indeed, it is good to know that at any moment, help is not far if the need is felt.
