By joining our Growth team, you will have the opportunity to play an instrumental role in tripling our acquisition (our goal for the next 12 months). We are looking for someone who has the grit and motivation to join a truly entrepreneurial adventure and the skills to put Storefront onto a meteoritic growth trajectory!

What you will directly contribute to:

Reporting to the head of growth, your mission is to profitably scale traffic via content and distribution channels, and them optimize conversion on all stages of the funnel. You will be tasked with thinking, conceptualizing and end to end execution of growth hacks with the objective of generating higher revenues.

What you will learn:

  • Writing specifications to launch new features benefiting the marketing team’s goals
  • End-to-end traffic generation and management across paid and organicchannels
  • Atribution of leads
  • Owning projects end to end and being held accountable for them
  • Test and optimize marketing tactics for customer acquisition (e.g. online advertising, direct mail, out of home, affiliate) and conversion rate optimization
  • Conduct and present competitive analyses and market research
  • Propose creative new projects, from building free tools and apps that attract prospects and convert leads to testing new approaches to capturing existing demand

What you will need to be successful at Storefront:

  • Digital savviness is an absolute must have! Friends and relatives call you a « geek », you’re love exploring and understanding new digital channels
  • Analytic skills, you know how success will look like and how to measure it unquestionably
  • You know digital marketing fundamentals: awareness, acquisition, traffic, activation
  • You know the AARRR funnel stages
  • You already regularly read and learn about growth hacking or performance marketing

Bonus points!

  • Bilingual EN/FR
  • Any digital marketing certification (Hubspot certification, Google Analytics IQ etc.)
  • Previous acquisition experience (SEO, SEM, social media marketing) or experience in a neighboring role (Product, Growth, PPC, Developement)
  • You have built and run your own website
  • You know Wordpress
  • You know HTML, CSS and Javascript
  • You know Google Analytics
